Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and/or accessing the e-book The Code of the Perfect Experience ("Product"), you ("User") declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any provision, do not make the purchase or use the Product.

2. Supplier Identification

The Product is sold by [Controller Name / Legal Entity], registered under [Tax ID], contactable at mydrinkbooking@gmail.com.

3. Object and License

The Product is a digital work (e-book in PDF format) of educational content. Upon payment, the User receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and read the content for strictly individual, non-commercial purposes.

4. Payment and Digital Delivery

Payment is processed by a third-party provider. After confirmation, access to the Product is made available to the registered email, usually within a few minutes. It is the User's responsibility to provide correct data and check spam/promotions folders.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Guarantee

In accordance with art. 49 of the Consumer Defense Code, the User may withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the Product, with full refund of the amount paid.

To exercise this right, send the request to mydrinkbooking@gmail.com within the deadline. The refund will be processed via the same payment method, within 7 business days after approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All Product content — texts, diagrams, trademarks, layouts and bonus materials — is protected by Law No. 9.610/1998 (Copyright) and international treaties, and is the exclusive property of the Supplier or its licensors.

It is expressly forbidden to: reproduce, distribute, resell, share, translate, modify, publicly display or create derivative works, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from the Supplier.

7. Proper Use

The User agrees not to:

  • Share their credentials or the Product file with third parties.
  • Remove or alter watermarks, copyright notices or authorship identifiers.
  • Use the Product for any unlawful purpose or contrary to good faith.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract parts of the work for commercial reuse.

8. Access Suspension

Failure to comply with these Terms authorizes the Supplier to suspend or cancel the User's access to the Product, without prejudice to any applicable civil and criminal measures and without refund after the warranty period.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Product content is informational and educational. Practical results depend on the individual application by the User, the context and external factors. The Supplier does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for decisions made based on the reading.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Supplier may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the last updated date at the top. Continued use of the Product after any changes implies acceptance of the new version.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The court of the Comarca de Jundiaí/SP is elected to settle any controversies, with waiver of any other, however privileged, except legal hypotheses of consumer jurisdiction.
